Best Time To Visit

By road- Ladakh is at distance of 495 km from Manali and 435 km from Srinagar and you can conveniently book a taxi to ladakh from both the Cities. By Train- You can take a train till Jammu Tawi, which is far 700km from Ladakh and from where you can take a volvo bus or hire a taxi or cab to head further one.
By Flight- Leh is the nearest airport and has a good connectivity from major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh. Flight is best option if u want a comfortable and luxurious ride.
What Should You Pack?
Clothes- It is advisable to pack warm clothes like warm jackets, warm caps, furry socks and gloves, mufflers, boots, active wear and other woolen accessories to keep you warm in cold weather.
Toiletries- Toothbrush, toothpaste, sunscreen, comb, shampoo, facewash, bodywash.
Medicines- Create your own first aid kit which includes high altitude sickness medication, painkillers, bandages, skin cream, pulse oximeter, safety pins, cold & cough medicines.
