We all know that Travelling is Amazing, but it can also be stressful and deleterious to our Health When our travel is on the go. Now, Health becomes a most caring part of our Life during this Covid-19 Period. While travelling you can plan a full Itinerary, but certainly you don't plan on getting sick while travelling, and if you want to Travel you can do certain things to do minimize your risk of catching the virus and other health Problems. Here are some tips to stay healthy while travelling.
1. GET VACCINATEDNow there is Vaccine, Which is the number one thing you can to do stay healthy and to prevent the spread of Covid-19 disease. So, you can stay healthy and also help others to stay away from virus.

Hydration becomes more significant while you are on trekking or at any other hilly area.
4. GET PLENTY OF SLEEPThe most significant thing while travelling is to get enough sleep. You're body needs rest while physical travelling and carrying luggage from your home to destinations. Travelling makes your sleep cycle disturb which makes you tired and after travelling whole day, your body wants to take rest and get plenty of sleep. So you can have an amazing travel next day.
5. PRESERVE YOUR SKINAlways protect your skin, because no one want a harmful sunburn put on skin during travelling which spoil your enjoyment. Pack a hat and use SPF30 sunscreen to protect your skin from UV rays of sun. This protection is Must.
6. EAT HEALTHY MEALSIf you're going somewhere on a long trip, and eat outside food regularly may not be healthy for your body. While travelling whole day your body needs a healthy and energetic food and which is also gives nutrition and always try to eat fruits whenever you can during whole trip. So you can enjoy your trip without getting sick.
7. KEEP FIRST-AID KITThe first aid kit during travelling is like your travel companion. Your travel first aid kit must include thermometer, bandages, disinfectant, antibiotics, ointments, medicine for motion sickness, and also medications related to your personal health problems. It's an smart idea to get rid of sick problems.
8. USE SANITIZER Nowadays hand sanitizer becomes a necessity. There are many instances where you can't wash your hands so hand sanitizer becomes necessary. Whenever we went to restaurant and having some meal, we should clean our hands before consuming food. It also helps to minimize the risk of Covid-19. 9. TAKE YOUR MULTIVITAMINS

10. STAY ACTIVEYou will always have to stay active, even small amount of exercise or meditation will help you in a long way to keep you fit and your energy level high. While travelling you can use hotel gyms or park to do exercise. You can stay active even by doing some pushups, cardio, jumping jacks or yoga, it supports your immune system also.
